CitiCam began in 1984, when Director of Photography Gary Nardilla rented a camera and a station wagon. Actually, he stole the station wagon but because of his winning personality… all the charges were dismissed. Within 18-months CitiCam was putting out a half-dozen crews every day, going on to become the primary acquisition vendor for MTV, Nickelodeon, House Of Style, Lifestyles of The Rich & Famous, E!, Geraldo Rivera and a score of newsmagazines, from Inside Edition to Fox's The Reporters.
