Coming from a film and television production background of over 26 years, Deborah Wolpert was one of the first woman owned camera, lighting and audio rental houses in NYC. She established dvDepot, in 2003 by using her past experiences as a DGA member (Director’s Guild of America), Line Producer and Camera Operator for MTV Networks, as well as her various positions in the field over the years. dvDepot has successfully grown over the past 16 years to become one of the go-to video production services company in New York City.
dvDepot has recently moved to Long Island City NY which has enabled us to increase our one-stop shop appeal in that it is a full scale video production house, offering equipment rentals, crewing capability, editing services, a larger studio, and office space rentals. Our facilities include a substantial inventory of cameras, audio, grip and lighting gear, housed in our own building in a production friendly location. We have private parking as well as gated courtyard which enables both working outside as well as room to park a Grip truck or 2 vans in a secure gated lot.
dvDepot specializes in various programming from reality TV series and corporate videos, to feature-length films and documentaries.
Our many clients include large and small independent production companies, freelance industry professionals, corporate clients, and representatives from major networks. We work with our clients to ensure our services meet their production needs and budgetary concerns.
