On Sunday, October 26th, members of the California production community gathered at the Beverly Hilton Hotel to honor the location scouts who have made a significant impact in the world of print, commercials, television and film. The 16th Annual California On Location Awards, or COLAs, were co-hosted by actresses Linda Grey and Joan Collins. A complete list of winners is presented below:
