On September 17th, 2015, Variety 411 in partnership with Entertainment Partners, Producers Guild of America and Association of Film Commissioners International are presenting the next event in their production incentive webinar series.  This is a free event that will be present as a web event simulcast on the East and West coast at 11:00 am PST, 2:00 pm EST .  This event will be presented before a live, invitation only audience at the Toronto Film Festival.
